Architecture is a Civic & Ecological Act.

We reject the industry’s demolition bias. We look closely at what is already there. Our practice operates at the intersection of architectural design and structural advocacy, treating every project, from village masterplans to heritage retrofits, as an opportunity to build resource-focused, long-term sustainability.

We are currently leading a national research project funded by Creative Ireland’s Creative Climate Action Fund III - Demolition Takedown: Assemblages with TU Dublin & Fingal County Council.

Our work is not just about altering buildings; it is about changing policy, carbon literacy, and the long-term resilience of our built environment.
