Initial Design
Having agreed and written your brief it is now time to move on to the design stage of your project. All your objectives and requirements from the briefing stage are translated into clear drawings. Here we explore the site strategy, general arrangement of spaces and form.
We aid in organising a measured survey by a chartered surveyor for your house and site. We have a network of talented consultants to call upon.
Following the survey we analyse the site & your patterns of living. We begin each project by mapping the context, sun, wind, views & access in order to inform our design approach.
We add value to the process by using our expertise & design skills to create a bespoke design proposal for your project that will fit your needs, budget & lifestyle.
We investigate any planning restrictions, development plans and zoning regulations that may impact your site.
In our studio we present an A3 design pack at the end of this stage. This includes scaled existing and proposed drawings, site analysis, strategy and overall dimensions
